Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are not responsible if the package was lost in transit. We will try to contact USPS to get some insight and solve the problem, but we can't go any further if the package is not found.


Shipping Rates and Estimates

The shipping process takes 1 week.The shipping costs are based on USPS rates.On purchases over $100.00 shipping is free. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us  at  support@vyfashion.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damage during shipping? 

We pack all orders with care and double-check them before they leave our warehouse.  However, if your product incurred  any damage en route to you we are happy to exchange it or offer you a full store credit within 72 hours of arrival.
